Appication Qualifiactions

• Must have and keep an active home or cell phone when renting, no message
  phones or pagers.
• Must have a valid government issued photo i.d., social security card and be at
  least 18 years of age.
• Need to be on the lease of residence or lease holder will need to co-sign.
• Must list 5 personal references. References must have an active phone and
  live at separate addresses.
• Applicant must have some source of income. If we can not verify income by fax
  or phone, we will accept current pay stubs. All self-employed applicants must
  provide current tax forms.
• All rentals have a minimum requirement of 3 months.
• All first payments and/or deposits are non-refundable.
