Terms and Conditions

• An Applicant may be approved for up to $2,000.
• Once an application is approved by a manager, delivery is set up according
  to availability.
• There will be a $10 processing fee added to the first payment on all rental agreements.
• All living room, dining room and/or bedroom furniture requires first 2 weeks rent
  upon delivery. All appliances and/or electronics require first months rent upon delivery.
• Payments can be brought into store, pay by phone, credit card or debit, checks,
  money orders or cash.
• Accounts that are past due will be assessed a $3.00 late fee for weekly and bi-weekly
  Monthly $5.00
• PAYMENTS ARE ALWAYS DUE ON OR BEFORE SATURDAY OR YOUR
  AGREEMENT WILL EXPIRE!! (NO EXCEPTIONS)
